Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by DT Electrical Contractors are:
- Free and without obligation
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Based on the information provided at the time of enquiry
Fixed prices are quoted before work begins. Where unforeseen circumstances arise during works that affect the scope or cost, we will notify you and agree any variation before proceeding.
Prices quoted are inclusive of labour. Materials are either included in the fixed price or itemised separately on your quote. VAT will be shown separately where applicable.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due on completion of works for residential customers
- Commercial customers may be issued an invoice with payment due within 14 days
- We accept payment by bank transfer, cash or card
- For larger projects a deposit may be required before works commence, as agreed in your quote
Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Warranties and Guarantees
All electrical work carried out by DT Electrical Contractors is certified and guaranteed in accordance with NICEIC standards. Specific warranty periods will be confirmed in writing with your quote or upon completion of works.
Manufacturer warranties apply to any products or materials supplied as part of your installation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge to cover any costs already committed.
For larger projects where a deposit has been paid, cancellation terms will be set out in your written quote.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the property of DT Electrical Contractors or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
